Refund policy

We have a 3-day free cancellation policy.

Cancel your booking up to three days in advance and we will not charge you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
Refunds for bookings made and paid for in full, will be refunded up to 3 days before check-in. If you cancel due to unforeseen circumstances within the 3 day period, we may offer you a voucher to the value of your booking. This is at the discretion of Silk Pavilions management.
